Mandi is responsible for investigating, identifying, and analyzing potential risks at Wasatch Electric and developing mitigation plans to safeguard the company from these risks. She is responsible for reviewing and negotiating contract terms with our customers and subcontractors, and oversees the company’s insurance, bonding, and licensing.
Mandi works closely with our management and legal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards and offers quick resolution of claims or issues that may arise on our projects.
Expertise
Mandi has been with Wasatch Electric for 25 years. During this time, she has had the opportunity to work with both the project management team and the accounting department in multiple positions.
She graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in political science and business communication. Over the years, she has attended a variety of construction risk seminars, including CRIS certification classes, through the International Risk Management Institute.
The Personal Side
In her personal time, Mandi enjoys being with her family and dogs, traveling, attending various sporting events, boating, golfing, and being in the great outdoors. When she finds the time, she really loves fly fishing on the Green River, which is her favorite place on earth.
