Value Delivered
Wasatch Electric provided electrical and power distribution solutions for Flagstaff Lodge, a 138,000-square-foot residential complex located in the Rocky Mountains. The project overcame all of the challenges inherent with a demanding mountain location and climate.
Due to extremely limited staging and lay-down areas, the project required close coordination between trades and suppliers. Our warehouse space, extensive prefabrication capabilities, and strong vendor relationships were essential to keeping work moving smoothly.
We also played a leading role in the design and installation of a state-of-the-art snowmelt system, which was a critical complement of the project and key requirement of the client.
Even in the face of these difficult site conditions and a winter with record-breaking snowfall, we were able to successfully complete the project on time and within budget.
