Kallie helps harness the full potential of our most valuable assets – our people. She initiates the development, coordination, and execution of HR strategies and initiatives that are in alignment with the company’s business strategy.
Kallie also updates policies and procedures as the company continues to develop and grow. She is dedicated to maintaining a strong corporate culture that promotes professional growth, employee engagement, morale, and loyalty by remaining focused on our core values.
Expertise
Kallie has been with Wasatch Electric for nearly 20 years. Prior to becoming HR manager, she was a contract administrator in our commercial division and the executive assistant to our president and CEO. She credits both positions for substantially contributing to and preparing her for her current role.
Kallie has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminology from the University of Utah, along with a continuing education degree in human resources management from Villanova University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which keeps her informed on the dynamic and developing landscape of HR.
The Personal Side
Outside of work, Kallie enjoys traveling, music, sporting events, baking, reading, and writing. In addition, she has a passion for boxing and kickboxing, which she has been involved with over the last 15 years.
